Randy has broad experience helping business owners and professionals with the design of tax favored executive benefit plans, succession planning and estate planning. He is a former President of Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council and the Northern Rocky Mountain Society of Financial Service Professionals. Randy is a Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Family Business Specialist and has a B. S. Degree in finance from the University of Colorado. He is also a member of Kiwanis, Cheyenne Frontier Days Contestants Committee, Home Builders Association, and has served on the Cheyenne LEADS Board.

Roxanne is responsible for administration of all facets of Ebenefits. As Agency Manager, she designs and implements benefit plans that strengthen businesses financially and promote employee retention. Roxanne oversees customer service, public relations, employee orientation and education. She has a B. A. degree from Chadron State College.


Michael E. Poleman

Michael has spent the last 11 years selling, implementing and consulting for mid to large size employer groups interested in self-funded benefits solutions. He began his industry experience in 1998 joining Intermountain Benefit Administrators (IBA), a regional company. IBA was acquired in 2006 by Performax and later that year both entities were acquired by Meritian Health. Meritian is the largest independently owned employee benefit TPA in the country. His most recent position with Meritian was Regional Vice President of Sales. Michael left Meritian in 2007 to become an Independent provider of self-funded insurance solutions. Michael is EBenefits' self-funding specialist.
